I emailed them at community@ps1000.com and got a response that same day. I was having the same problems and they sent me directly to the page https://recipes.ps1000.com/ and the recipes loaded. I did have to open a recipe and click on the blue link above the ingredients because if I tried to search for a particular food it wouldn’t load. I just played around with it until it worked for me.
