Believe me when I say that absolutely everyone experiences it during and beyond weight loss phase. Completely natural and nothing to guilt yourself over. Just remember to be patient and loving with yourself and remind yourself that the fact that you ARE implementing this healthy way of eating is steps towards the right direction. One day at a time and sometimes just one hour at a time is what wins the race. Stay positive 🙂
