Try to limit use of these kind of products because even though it is sweetened with Stevia (natural zero calorie sweetener) it can still cause side effects if consumed regularly. When our body consumes zero calorie or any other sugar it has the “expectation” to get the calories along with it but it does not with zero calorie sweeteners. If used regularly zero calorie sweeteners can cause hormone imbalance.
