Is chewing gum allowed on this program? I am a compulsive “taster” when preparing anything, really, and I especially like raw dough of any kind. I find chewing mint gum helps me to break this habit. sometimes when I want something sweet I get a vitamin C tablet or a B12 and dissolve it under my tongue.
