I have had great success with the program so far, although everyone is different. I started mid August 2017 and have lost 142 lbs. so far. I do the Phase 1 for 90 days and then the Phase 2 for the recommended 21 days. I am now on my 3rd session of Phase 1 with the ulitmate goal of losing 160 lbs. It is a great program but you have to stick with it. There will be good days and bad days, just keep reminding yourself of where you want to be. Best of luck.
