You can also switch them up with flax seeds, just to vary the nutrients you’re getting! Variety is always good, with all foods/food groups. With flax seeds, it’s best to buy them whole and then grind them as you go (I use a coffee grinder), as the fatty acids are less prone to oxidation (going rancid) this way. And, keep them in the fridge! One tablespoon equals about 120 calories.
