Patty, at this time there is not a basic menu besides the two day menu in the booklet, I can try and work on something more simplified. In the meantime though just go through the different choices for protein, fruit, veggies, fats and just kind of pick and choose what you want to go together and just be sure to either write it down, or track your consumption in an app. Also here is an article I did on meal planning, this could help as well:
