@dlbergsnev Welcome to the group Debra. Everyone’s experience is a little different with the drops. For me I experienced the greatest results when I hit my schedule with the drops and slower when I missed them. Not sure if coincidental or something to it. What I ended up doing was finding a way to have an alarm to remind me. For me it was setting reminder alerts on my Fitbit. You could always setup reminders on smart phone or other device. For me I have them set for 7a, 10:30a, and 2:30p. Just figure out what schedule works best for you but make sure at least 15 minutes before any meal.
