Hello everyone! I’m Burcu and it’s been 5 days since I started Phase 1. I feel like I’m still adjusting to the meal planning and the food restriction.
A couple of days before starting this plan I began to use an app called my plate to track what I eat and drink. Now I’m very well aware of what I’m consuming!!! I couldn’t decrease my daily calorie intake down to 1000, but managed to go down from 2000-1800 cal to 1200 so far.
