To be the bearer of bad news is never fun, but I would steer clear of adding anything that is not on the food list. Doing so just kind of allows you to go deeper into just a little of this and that. It’s best to stick very closely to the list and not have any leeway. Try some fresh herbs instead on top of your food, or for some greek yogurt. I just added a dollop of greek yogurt onto my chili for lunch and it was the perfect healthy addition. There are certainly ways around this, but in short I would just stick to approved foods to get optimal results.
