You will be fine as long as you don’t make it a habit. The main thing is to really stick to the diet because really the drops are just aiding you to be able to do that. The diet is the most important component really. You will be fine. Also if it helps you can try setting a timer or alarm on your phone to go off 15 min before you usually eat. I know this has helped many people in the past!
