Thank you Jessica. I understand about re-programming our taste buds. I began this program 6 weeks ago and am so satisfied with the healthy foods that are allowed. Twice in the last few weeks, I “tasted” of my once-favorite pizza, only to realize that it was so gummy and heavy that I could hardly swallow it. I love the good health that I am feeling, I’ve lost 14 pounds and over 6 inches. I will try the original pancake recipe again (without the coconut flour) to see if I can make it work.
