I am mostly vegetarian. I use a wheelchair so I have GI problems, and I seem to get good results with dairy cultures (kefir mainly) and I do eat seafood that isn’t farmed.
My choice was because ever since I was a child red meat made me sick (we found out the acidity was just bad enough it gave me problems), and then as I got older chicken tended to do the same thing because of the ways it’s cooked, but seafood still doesn’t do it, and I need protein. I also just don’t like eggs because I taste them all day and I tend to feel sick later after I eat them.
