No I don’t think it would be the worst thing to have them a couple times a week! It is a far better choice than other things could be for sure. Anyways just stick to RX bars when given the choice, they are a little more pure in ingredients. Also be sure you keep track of the calories and fat. Try keeping a cooler/lunch bag with you to keep things like hardboiled eggs and sliced veggies to bring along, but yes RX bars are totally fine on occasion.
