Hi Debbie, we recommend that you add as many healthy fats to your regular diet as you can about 2 days prior to starting Phase 1(rapid weight loss phase). Healthy fats can be avocado, any kind of nuts, healthy oils, salmon, eggs etc. Welcome and good luck!
