Thank you, Stacie! I appreciate your input. But – do you still eat lots of fish and chicken for your main meals? I love nuts, but I know they also have fat, so I don’t think they will do as a substitute for 5 ounces of protein. If you have other ideas you have been using I am interested! Thank you so much!
