Hi. I started on Monday of this week and have lost about 5 lbs. So far I feel good, have the usual cravings from any diet I’ve tried. While I am eating healthier for sure, I am concerned about the low calorie requirement. Last year I did the Opti-fast program through Kaiser which was about the same calories per day but all liquid. Worked great, very expensive and gained most of the weight back FAST. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen again as soon as I resume eating more than 1000 calories a day.
