I started the PS1000 program today. I think it is going to be a struggle for me the first couple of days to get used to eating breakfast as well as the snacks during the day. My typical day prior to starting the program would be to not eat anything in the morning, go out to lunch with coworkers, have an afternoon snack of a bag of chips, and then dinner, and ice cream for dessert. I am a sucker for ice cream, especially in the summer, so that will be a hard habit for me to break. I am looking to loose to 60lbs. This would put me in a healthy weight range for my 5’0″ height. Any suggestions are welcomed.
