Hi, my name is Sandy and I live in Columbus, Ohio. Lots to do here in Columbus but unfortunately I haven’t been able to join in, partly due to my weight. Since I got fat, I tire easily, and so there goes the trips to art festivals, concerts, etc. I need to lose almost 100 pounds, but I’d be happy to just lose 50, hoping that will get my blood sugars under better control. I have gained weight during my first week, but I feel better, so I’m going to keep the faith for at least a month. If there’s no weight loss by then, I’m going the death-by-chocolate route!
