Hi, my name is Barb and I just received my book and drops. Planning to spend the next couple days reading the plan and figuring out a meal plan to get me through a week. I am allergic or don’t like a lot of meat so this could be challenging to get my protein in. I am a really big carb addict. Being positive that this time changing my diet will work to get the weight off. Good luck to all.
