Blanca, I would steer clear of this particular shake and aim for one that contains about 20 grams of protein for a serving, this one has only 15 grams. Also if you notice there are quite a few ingredients in this particular shake, try to avoid it I think. If you have nothing else available it would probably be ok, but otherwise please look for a different brand that contains about 100 cal, and 20 grams of protein. Let me know if this helps?
