Not that I am aware of, honestly those are typically loaded with a lot of other “junk” that you don’t want in your body, especially since the point of this plan is similar to a detox in that you are ridding your body of that stuff. You are best off to make a shake with a good quality protein powder if you are wanting to do shakes. Let me know if happen to come across a premade shake, you are welcome to send me either a snapshot of the nutrition and ingredients or send me a detailed description of it so I can look it up online.
