I must admit I have had a few glasses of wine here and there and cream in my coffee but really it is the big long term choices we make. I did eat a lot of junk food…wow…before and greasy stuff and lots of chinese. It has now been almost 3 months and I am 4lbs from my goal weight. I have lost over 15 inches and almost 20lbs. So the long run has really worked. I actually stopped the carb craving and sugar gone. That is huge. Now my big choice will be to add a few things slowly. Like a banana or a sweet potato or oatmeal. But my foods are so healthy now. So believe me it is the long term we live with..
