Is this a good snack during either phase 1 or phase 2?
I am not sure what yogurt this is, can you tell me the specifics? For example is it a plain non-fat yogurt? Is it flavored? I am going to make an assumption that it is the kind that is flavored, which means it is likely either using aspartame or something else to flavor it…in which case I would definitely steer clear of this, instead buy the plain non-fat greek yogurt, Chobani, Greek Gods and I think Fage are good brands they come in larger containers which are probably more cost-effective or they come in the small containers as well. This will be a little harder to get used to as there will be no flavor, but top it with some apples and cinnamon and eventually you will come to love it as a dessert! Let me know if this clears up the question or if its even more confusing.
