Is 18Shake meal replacement allowed during Phase I?

http://18shake-official.com/images/supplements.jpgBlanca, I would steer clear of this particular shake and aim for one that contains about 20 grams of protein for a serving, this one has only 15 grams. Also if you notice there are quite a few ingredients in this particular shake, try to avoid it I think. If you have nothing else available it would probably be ok, but otherwise please look for a different brand that contains about 100 cal, and 20 grams of protein. Let me know if this helps? A lot of people prefer the Quest protein powder, I think it is pretty available anywhere.

There are several Quest flavors such as banana and cookies and cream that appeal to me. Should I avoid certain flavors. If that is correct, which flavor should I take during phase I? Thx in advance for your guidance.I have many Wonderslim meal replacement shakes left. Easy for breakfast! They are 100 calories and 15 G protein. Are these okay for Phase 1?
@Karma Coins: 0Bodylogix Natural Whey from Walgreens is 130 calories, 20 grams protein, 1 gram fat and 3 grams carbs. Tastes good and is sweetened with Stevia.

You don’t need to avoid certain flavors as long as the nutrition guidelines are followed. One serving needs to be less than 120 calories but at least 20 grams of protein.
