June 25, 2017 at 7:13 pm #17647Welcome all, you’ll love the program and the support. What a great idea to team up! My coworkers and I have been doing it together, and it’s been fun so far. Good luck to all of you!
June 25, 2017 at 8:15 pm #17652Sounds great! More people more motivation. I’m getting my food ready today for the week as my work week/days can be long. I just got back from a wedding so didn’t work in all the “good fats” 48 hrs before I start but I don’t want to put it off any longer.
June 26, 2017 at 12:46 pm #17683Hope everyone was able to start this morning. I did my weigh in 🙁 and started my vitamins. So far so good. But I will admit that I’m nervous. I’m afraid my digestive system isn’t going to like the change.
Good Luck to all!
Here’s to our path to healthy living.June 27, 2017 at 5:13 am #17713Made it through the first day. Luckily it was a busy day at work so I didn’t have time to think about food. Did my weigh in too…?know the feeling Lee Ann. I hope your digestive system hung in there.
How did you do Jeremy?
June 27, 2017 at 1:12 pm #17714Yay day 1 complete and weigh in this morning was awesome. Down 2 lbs!! I struggled with a headache all day, but thankfully today it is gone. I’m sure it was a combination of stress and caffeine withdrawal. I didn’t have cravings and actually felt full all day. And better yet my digestive system is still in tact LOL.
Good luck today guys and stick with it. I’m confident we are going to see the results we want.June 28, 2017 at 11:09 am #17741Down 3.8 so far. This is waaaaay harder than I anticipated. But daily weigh ins and seeing the numbers go down gradually really help to motivate!
June 28, 2017 at 1:16 pm #17743Awesome results Jeremy!! You are right, it is hard, but I think the key is to plan your food for the week. On Sunday I went to the store and purchased everything and then put together what I could in containers for each day. If I hadn’t done this it would be very stressful.
After 2 days I’m down 4.1 lbs. And I feel good. This definitely helps to stay with it.
Hang in there!!June 28, 2017 at 1:35 pm #17744Good morning. Awesome job to everyone. I started 6 days ago and would love to join this group, if you will have me.
I have also lost 6 lbs in 6 days.
Hope has a wonderful day and remember take it one day at a time.

June 28, 2017 at 3:00 pm #17746Sue you can absolutely join this group. The more the merrier. You being a few days ahead and having amazing results makes me super excited.
Welcome and congrats on the weight lost!!June 29, 2017 at 4:45 am #17767Welcome Sue! Great to have you join us. The more support and motivation the better! Congrats everyone on their weight loss. I am going to weigh myself once a week. I have learned from experience if I weigh myself daily and have a gain even if it is water weight it psychs me out. Lol
I’m with you Jeremy. This week has been rough…headaches, low energy and cravings but I’m guessing the first week is the hardest. Hang in there everyone!!
June 29, 2017 at 1:16 pm #17771Good Morning everyone. Thank you for letting me join this group. It is a great way to stay on track. Hope everyone is getting all their water in, will help with the headaches and try eating every 2 hours I know these are few things i have tried and has worked. With the water I fill up a gallon jug and place in the refrig so by the end of the day i know i have all my water in.
anyone else have tricks they have in place to keep them on point? always looking for new idea to keep going.
Tomorrow will be one week . weight in. fingers crossed.
have a wonderful day

July 2, 2017 at 4:15 am #17829Hope everyone is doing well. I actually made it through a Friday and Saturday! Yay!!
I’ve tried a few of the recipes in the free 1 week downloadable book. The lettuce wrap, stir fried steak, and frittata were pretty good. I actually saw a recipe for Pad Thai found on the Facebook site that sounds good. I just need to buy some spaghetti squash before trying it.
Good luck for the 4h ?
