I have been trying to follow the 7 day menu plan that I downloaded from the member store, however, there are a few discrepancies in the recipes.
Monday – Carrot Ginger Soup In the directions it says to add vegetable both and cover, letting simmer until carrots and beets are tender. As far as I can see, there are no beets in this recipe.
Saturday – Pear and Parsley smoothie In the write-up above the recipe it states that we will receive healthy fat from avocado yet avocado is not listed in the ingredients? should I be adding avocado? if so, how much?
Sunday – Lunch lettuce wrap In the recipe it calls for black beans, do I put these inside of the wrap or eat on the side (or does it matter?)
Sunday – Dinner chicken and Mixed Veggies What do you mean by fresh peas? pea pods?
I would appreciate any clarification you can give me. These are the recipes from the Phase 1 7 day menu plan by Rachel Fiske.

I am also new and was reading the 7 day plan I also found that for the Tuesday dinner Kale apple salad it also mentions beets in the instructions but beets are not part of the ingredients.
For the Sunday dinner recipe it is fresh peas, 1/2 cup is allowed on the program (page 20 of program) - AuthorPosts
