AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0The book says that you can add 250cal when you workout for an hour [60min]. How about when you workout for 30 or 40 mins, can you still eat more or do you maintain the 1000 cal/day?

I have read the book twice to get my head wrapped around everything. It was my conclusion that if it is under an hour, you stay at the 1000 calories. If you stay at those calories you will burn fat faster by working out.

March 17, 2017 at 7:10 pm #13932I work out about 1.5 – 2 hours and I did increase my drops but I kept my calories between 1000 and 1200 but closer to 1100 and that has served me well throughout Phase 1.
March 19, 2017 at 1:06 pm #13995I was hungry all the time with 30 minute workouts. Increasing the drops and eating a little more took care of it.
