I haven’t had refined sugar in years but I do use Agave nectar. I use it because of its low glycemic property. Can I continue touse it?

Thats awesome that you haven’t had any refined sugars in so long! Yes Agave Nectar does have a lower gylcemic index. However it is still sugar, and the body still responds to it similar to honey or other natural sugars, just not as quickly. A lot of the beauty of PS1000 is the way that it helps eradicate sugar cravings in the body altogether by not allowing it in Phase 1. So the short answer is No, agave nectar is not technically “allowed” in Phase 1. One of the hardest, but best parts of this plan is cutting out sugar. You may miss it initially, but over time it will be less and less.
