Hi everyone… glad to be here… I started on February 26 and have lost 10 lbs so far… truly a great start. I fast walk every day between 4-5 miles a day and 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day. I do take Saturday or Sunday off (since I prep food for the week). Is that considered too much exercise during Phase I of this journey? Thanks in advance for your support.
I Walk/Run 4 miles 7 days a week so once again I don’t think so and I have had no problems.
