Hello! Anybody from PS1000 out there? Lol! I’m on day 14 of my first crack at Phase 1. I’ve emailed with concerns that your recipes website won’t work on any of my devices or 4 different browsers, and I’ve posted and emailed asking if water chestnuts are allowed on Phase 1. A week has passed since my first email and no response.
Anybody other customers experiencing the same thing? Would like to receive some of the support they mention as a selling point. Thanks!
Marty

January 18, 2018 at 5:52 pm #21608Thanks! I can see older posts from people that got responses. Maybe they are under-staffed right now… Anyway I am on day 16 and I’ve lost 6 pounds so that’s good!
January 18, 2018 at 10:23 pm #21611I emailed them at community@ps1000.com and got a response that same day. I was having the same problems and they sent me directly to the page https://recipes.ps1000.com/ and the recipes loaded. I did have to open a recipe and click on the blue link above the ingredients because if I tried to search for a particular food it wouldn’t load. I just played around with it until it worked for me. Hope this helps.

January 19, 2018 at 11:12 pm #21633Hi Marty, please make sure that you send your questions to support@ps1000.com as the messages sent through this platform are not always delivered in a timely manner and are sometimes hard to track. I hope you have been able to access recipe page as it does seem to be working on our end.

January 22, 2018 at 5:36 pm #21679Ah, thank you so much for clearing that up! I was going by this line in the “Welcome to the PS1000 Community” email I got from PS1000:
For any questions please email to community@ps1000.com
From now on if I have a question I will email support@ps1000.com.
Thanks for your reply!
