    Hi everyone – I have just finished week 1 of Phase 1 and down 5 pounds – yeah. Tonight I got back on my stationary bike for just 20 minutes at a moderate level and now I sit with an ice pack on my knee. I am taking a multi vitamin and fish oil – just saw the vitamin b note so will add that – but will this just work itself out as the weight comes off or is there something else I should add? I know the book mentioned glutamine for an active lifestyle but I didn’t push that hard during the ride and really don’t want to have to too far down the supplement path if I can avoid it.
