My order should be arriving today or tomorrow and I am anxious to get started on this journey! I am looking forward to feeling good again and hopefully having more energy. I was on the Weight-Not plan last year and did really well but I could not afford to continue the program so I am hoping that this more affordable plan will help to get me back on track! Wish me luck and any and all tips are welcomed!
Best of luck! Utilize those support groups and ask questions here! It is the quickest way to get confusion cleared up if you have any! Read the booklet all of the way through- and drink a ton of water!! Enjoy the process, stay consistent..

You are going to love it!! read read read the booklet, try and do exactly as it says, you cannot fail!! I’m 68 days in and down 20lbs, and I have tried everything!! stay consistent and you will keep losing!
