Hi. I’ve been on the pan for 5 days. I feel good, my energy level is good, I’m only slightly hungry at night. I’m wondering when I should take the B drops that came in my box

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0I take my drops between breakfast and lunch for a boost of energy. You don’t want to take them too late in the day as it can affect your sleep (which is so important to our weight loss success). Best wishes!
March 27, 2017 at 12:52 pm #14293I take my drops in the morning 15 minutes after I take the metabolic boost then I wait 15 minutes until I eat or drink. When I first started I tried splitting the dose (half in the morning and half at lunch) but morning is what works best for me.

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Dianna, I am like you in that I have plenty of energy and can stave off the hunger pangs but night is when I too begin to run down. I thought I would try my drops about 2:30 or 3:00pm this week to see if that helps and does not interfere with my sleep. I will let you know in a few days how that works for me.
April 2, 2017 at 3:39 pm #14534I take B Complex 15 minutes after I take the metabolic boost. Then wait 15 minutes to drink water and have breakfast. I find that if I take drops and vitamins in the morning, I don’t run the chance of forgetting.
