I am happy to say that I am back to business again I had completed phase 1 having lost a great deal of weight and I even been completed phase 2 and did fairly well but life got in the way and I had to take a little hiatus. I am very proud that I only gained 10 pounds during that time so I am back on phase 1 to finish what I started in January onward and up word
Welcome back! I also took a break-since April! After a series of illnesses, I left for an extended vacation that lasted 28 days. Since returning to this part of the US, I’ve been sick again. There must be something here that affects me. My doctor suggested modifications to the diet that may support my immune system. Today I began Phase 1 again with the changes in place. Now the good news: my weight has not changed since April. I am still about 12 pounds lighter than when I started last January and much more fit.
