I just put in my first order but since I live in Australia it will probably be a little while before I receive it. I’m eager to get started though. My husband and teenage son are overseas for another 3 weeks, so it’s a great opportunity to focus just on me. I only need to loose a few pounds, but I just haven’t been able to do that without outside help. I find that I am obsessing more and more about the weight. I have two pairs of jeans sitting there, labels still on, that I bought five months ago on a very slim day, and within a month they didn’t fit me any more! My goal is to be able to wear them before winter is over (that would be the end of August over here).
@Karma Coins: 0Congratulations on joining the PS1000 family! There is incredible support here and on the facebook page. You will learn how to change your eating habits and have a healthier lifestyle and not be on a diet. Keep those jeans nearby because you’ll be wearing them soon. Even though you have to wait a bit longer for your order, you can get ready by prepping your kitchen/pantry and getting rid of the refined and processed junk foods. I love clean eating and the recipes here and from other participants are so delicious! Wishing you the best!
