Hi, I am on day three and lots of questions keep poping up.
I am curious if plain raw cashews, soaked to add to roasted garlic & onions are acceptable to use as a sauce. I use if from a Whole Foods plant based course I recently completed.
Also, are black eyed peas acceptable?
