Can someone please tell me why coffee cream is not allowed when cottage cheese is? Both are dairy and I would assume a little whiteness to my coffee will make it go down much easier LOL! I love coffee and this is going to be something I can’t remove from my diet.

    Hi!
You can use almond milk and froth it, coconut creamer, or add in a little stevia if you need sweetener. Coffee creamers have added chemicals and calories that cottage cheese does not have. Liquid chocolate raspberry stevia also works well as a creamer substitute!

Stevia and coconut milk work for me. We don’t have coconut creamer or flavored stevia in our local stores. If I add a little vanilla to almond milk and stevia, it also makes an acceptable creamer substitute.

Our local store recently added an almond milk-coconut milk blend -unsweetened. I’m using it in my coffee this week.

Thank you for this post. I was wondering the same thing. My biggest challenge will be cutting back on my many cups of coffee and cream with honey. Stevia leaves a terrible after taste in my throats for hours. Just one of those things that I need to stop all together I think.
