Tomorrow will be the end of my first week on PS1000. I have lost 5 lbs. without any hunger or lack of energy. The first few days, I had trouble keeping up with the right portions and food groups, so I came up with the attached daily log that I fill in (with pencil) each morning. (I will change the body measurements weekly.) I hope it may serve some of you with ideas to help you. My Profile picture is my goal taken 3 years ago, before I gained almost 30 lbs. Thanks PS1000 for the motivation and resources I need to get back to my healthy weight.

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0I have had great success after my first week on the program and I feel that it is largely due to record keeping as well. When I mark off what I have eaten, when I have taken my drops and how much water I have consumed, I feel an enormous sense of accomplishment. Hey – another non-scale victory!
January 1, 2017 at 8:03 pm #10797I agree I use the my fitness pal app to log in food and water and weight. I can keep it with me and check it when I need to see how well I am doing. I think that logging also holds you accountable as you would not want to write something that you know is not part of the plan so you tend to make better choices.
April 21, 2017 at 8:44 am #15268I am gonna get going back on my fitness pal.. I also have a fit bit but I got the surge so it’s big for me. Hate to spend the money for a new one so gonna try just using Fitness pal and map my walk to keep me motivated!
