Well I’m on day 1 and things are going pretty well. The drops to seem to curb appetite and that’s a big help. 1000 calories is really rough, but I’ll do the best I can. I tried one recipe and I wasn’t too impressed, but the protein shake I made was simple, delicious and very filling.
March 18, 2018 at 11:31 am #22390That’s all we can do is give it our best! Good luck!! Some of the recipes are delicious! I really like the soup recipes I’ve tried.
March 18, 2018 at 5:40 pm #22402I find myself finding something I like and then peeping it for the week for lunches. I love chicken so a lot of my meals are chicken with veggies or salads (although I tend to stay away from salads because of dressing I haven’t found a good low calorie one I like.)
Just keep trying things and seeing what you like.March 23, 2018 at 1:25 am #22433What is the name of the protein shake you have decided to go with? I am still waiting for my package to arrive but I need to go shopping so…. thank you
April 14, 2018 at 10:31 pm #22778Hi Courtney,
Sorry for not replying sooner. I had a family medical issue that came up right after I started the program and it was sucking up a lot of my time! I ordered a vanilla powder on Amazon called MomFuel. It meets a the criteria and it has collagen in it! I have one shake in the morning and I can actually see a small difference in my skin too! I highly recommend it! It’s by a company named Momsanity. If you like pumpkin, I found the pumpkin shake recipe on the PS1000 site to be ?. Although I use double the amount of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. For me it’s like having Pumpkin Pie for breakfast! Best wishes on your journey!
