Started on Day 18 today and I must admit that I am feeling a little discouraged because I haven’t lost much weight this week so far. I am down 14 pounds but it just seems like the scale won’t move. I am sticking to the plan, drinking my water and continuing on the journey. I think it will be best for me to not get on the scale everyday. I can definitely feel the difference with 14 pounds gone and others are noticing as well. I know that every ounce and every inch lost is a success…just have to get out of my head!

Just want you to know that I went thru something similar during week 3. My first two weeks went great and then the 3rd week hit and I got discouraged. During about a 10 day stretch from week 3 and into week 4 I didn’t lose as much weight but then it picked back up again around week 5. I am currently in my 7th week and again I am seeing a plateau, but I can feel the difference even-though the scales don’t reflect it.

October 8, 2017 at 12:25 pm #20137Day 20 on Phase 1, about two pounds lost this week, not the big numbers I was hoping for but still a lost so I will take it. Looking forward to more progress for week 4 which starts tomorrow. I am proud of myself for sticking to it and not getting giving in! The journey continues….
October 9, 2017 at 4:05 pm #20146Don’t give up! I am in week 9 and I can tell you that I have had a couple of days when I even gained a bit. VERY discouraging. But I stayed the course, and the weight loss continued. Kind of like the stock market–ups and downs, but definitely an overall downward trend. So take heart.

October 19, 2017 at 1:42 pm #20321I feel you! I am on day 25 and ready to quit. I have only lost 6 pounds, sticking to diet and just added a bit of exercise. Not sure whats happening!!!
October 19, 2017 at 10:42 pm #20322Don’t give up! You can do it. Maybe try switching some of your foods and adding some exercise will be a plus. I know exactly how you feel, stay the course and stay positive, focus on how you are feeling and inches lost. Each pound gone is a victory! Celebrate those six pounds and keep marching forward!
