So today is Day 3 for me.
I got up and weighed and found that I was down 2 pounds. I am also noticing a couple of things: I am not as bloated feeling as I was before I started and I seem to crash hard at about 3pm daily. Am I normal?? lol
Is it ok to take the energy drops (yellow bottle) twice a day?April 21, 2017 at 3:53 am #15252Hi Terrie. Thanks for asking the above question. I am still waiting to receive my order but suffer with lack of energy in the late afternoon too. I hope I don’t have an increase in my extreme need for a nap. When I give in now, I find I have a hard time getting any sleep that night. Extra energy would be great. Hope someone can help us out with some suggestions?

I am on Day 5 and am starting to feel much better. Day 3 was the hardest for me by far! I was very sluggish and tired. I actually find that Mid Afternoon is still a little slow, but I have so much more energy at night at home now with my family! I think the first week is the hardest because your body is detoxing and you might feel less energy or irritable, however I can tell you that by today Day 5 I am a feeling pretty good. I had a lot of energy last night too which is unlike me in the evenings. Keep going with it and hopefully you will feel an increase in energy soon, youre doing great! Keep us posted! 🙂
April 21, 2017 at 2:16 pm #15272You can take the B Complex once or twice per day- some people take it in the morning with their multi vitamin and then once again around lunchtime!
April 23, 2017 at 3:48 pm #15368Thank you for the replies. I did find that after about the first week the “crash” was less painful lol. I do still have a few afternoons where all I want to do is take a nap so I will give the double dose of B complex a try on those days.

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0I took the B complex twice a day for the first week – found I didn’t need the extra boost after that. I did find that the later in the day that I took them, the harder time I had getting to sleep. So beware of getting that extra boost too late in the day.
