July 14, 2017 at 2:02 am #18145Good to know. I just made my payment this evening and a little nervous about it all but it’s good to know how other newcomers are filling about the program. I’m ready to do this!
July 14, 2017 at 6:10 pm #18160Hi Sally, I’m ready too! Plan to start this weekend. Just scrolling around on the site. Lots and lots here.
July 14, 2017 at 7:09 pm #18165Hi Everyone!
The site is loaded with information which is great… make sure you read and understand the booklet that is sent to you first and foremost. That will be your guide!

July 17, 2017 at 12:37 pm #18246Today is my first day on the program. Yesterday, I took my measurements, weight, and pictures. Started a journal and keeping food log on a phone app. I even told my family so they can help and not offer me ice cream! It’s now or never for me and I’m gonna work it.
July 19, 2017 at 12:42 pm #18283I bought all the information 2 weeks ago….I slowly moving towards a finish. I am finished reading book 2nd time through. Did meal prep this week. I am going to be starting on Monday, August 2nd. Not just jumping in, but gradually making a couple changes, I believe is helping in the overall change!
July 21, 2017 at 2:45 am #18322Wow – really appreciate seeing others comment here on their beginnings, and their plans and hopes. I didn’t think it would make a difference, but it is helping me get excited to do this journey, and happy there are others starting at the same time with me. I’m planning to start next week, but do plan to spend time reading my book and taking in all the information I can. I’m sick and tired of not feeling well and in this flabby, unfit body. Ready and willing!
July 21, 2017 at 6:22 pm #18341Well, I’ve been on the program for 5 days now. I am most amazed that I am not hungry. I’ve cut my food intake over half and I have to force myself to eat a full dinner. Never been in that place before. I’m feeling pretty good, was a bit sluggish the second day, but that didn’t last. I was always a water drinker, so I don’t miss sodas. It is hard to get all that water (100 oz) in a day. I can do okay if I have 20 oz before breakfast. Good luck to y’all!
July 24, 2017 at 8:53 pm #18413On day 12. Lost 8lbs! still I’m amazed! had to read the book again, I agree getting the water is hard, more food prep then I though but over all I think this is one I can stick to!! I’m not hungry either. I do have more of a problem not eating all the 800-1000 calories, work is busy but I’m trying!! missing surger like crazy.
August 2, 2017 at 1:49 pm #18571yesterday was my first day. Not as bad as I thought. The food prep is a lot but it will be worth it. I keep the book with me and refer to it often to make sure I’m staying on track. Have tried a few of the recipes and so far liked them all. My husband is eating the food with me even though he is not on the plan.
August 3, 2017 at 3:44 pm #18590that’s funny! my boyfriend is eating the food as well… most of the time, which left me with no leftovers but that’s ok. I have tried a lot of the recipes they are pretty darn good. I had a bit of a set back- weekends are so busy I got off schedule- so lost 11 lbs so far have 2 weeks in. drinking water is my big thing, just don’t like it. I’m keeping at it-
August 7, 2017 at 1:19 pm #18644Just completed my first week on program and am down 8 pounds. This gives me great encouragement. I have tried many of the recipes and so far all are good. The hardest thing for me was my morning cup of coffee, I miss the creamer. Other than that, the week was not bad, wasn’t hungry, stuck to plan and did not cheat.
