I think that Day one is the easiest because you have already made the decision to start. Day 2 is the hardest because you get the what have I done fear creeping up. I am on my last Day one and I broke all the rules that say never start on New Years Day because you will not stick with it. I look at this as my year and I plan to do what ever it takes to make it the best that one that I can. I am in control of this plan and when I am not I love the fact that I have the PS1000 community to turn to and it helps that so far I love the food choices.

I officially started yesterday so technically I am on day two. I don’t think it matters that you start on new years day – you’ll stick with it if you want it bad enough. I just think the number of failures is so much higher because of the sheer volume of resolutions being made. Admittedly, my day two was a little harder – so I’m with you there. Not sure why but I am also so excited to have the support of the PS community. I think it is going to play a huge part in my success. Best wishes and Happy New Year!

6:00 AM and I am officially starting day 1 with 8 Oz of water. Already thinking a small adjustment could be OK. The shake powder I have is 6 carbs instead of 4 but meets protein and calorie requirements. Hate to not use it….wasteful…..but I want to properly follow plan. I am travelling next week to Women’s March in Austin which could be a challenge. A Day at a Time is my motto.

Welcome and you are already successful because you decided to do something.
One day at a time is a great way to start I have to do in one minute at a time because one day is sometimes just to long.
Water will be your friend and protein to keep you strong during your march but whatever happens we are here for you and we will success together.

I hope Day One can also be Week One! So, last week I was kind of down and glutted out on Sunday, up 2 pounds Monday which was Day One but I am actually tracking from Day 2. From Day One, I am down 5 pounds on this Day Five! I am now where I started with Weight Watchers years ago! Same 15 or so pounds to lose….again!

I just hope I don’t get tired of salads and veggies….

Don’t limit your self to salad and veggies use the recipes from the site and look for new things to try. Weight watchers is a diet this is a lifestyle. Use this time to find out what you like that’s healthy and go from there. I am losing the same 40 that I have gained and loss over the years but instead of focusing on the number I am focusing on the lifestyle. I do not know if It will change things but its is defiantly something I have never tried. Just be strong and use the resources that PS1000 provides if nothing more you have a whole bunch of people you have never met but who truly care about your success. We will forge on together but try the recipes some are really great.

I wish my husband would not buy potato chips! He is a junk food junkie and all kinds of no-nos are in the house. If I had my way, there would not be temptation all around. So far, so good, except for 2 slices of bacon on Sunday….made by my husband of course. Sigh. Today I have to confess I had an extra fruit and 1 less veg…because the fruit was getting old and needed to be eaten. Tomorrow, need to serve up an avocado which is ripened. Gotta keep on top of these things!
