Does it matter when you take the drops or is it just to be without food or water for 15 minutes before and after?

I was wondering same thing..It says 3x daily, but how?
Every 8 hrs would be impossible……If you take in am, then afternoon, then pm it would make sense.
But before bed?, right before, ?

I’ve been taking them when I get up, then before lunch, and last time is before dinner. It says to make them evenly spaced, so I go for ever 6 hours.

I take mine while I prepare breakfast, lunch, and supper. It’s easier for me to remember them that way.

With my crazy schedule I have asked my sister about this. She has been on it successfully for over 90 days. She told me that as long as I take them as close to even intervals as possible I should be okay! Just thought I’d throw it out there!

Supplementation is most successful when your are consistent with it. I’ve always taken my Supplement’s prior to eating any meal on an empty stomach for better absorption into my body. At least that’s how its worked so me over my past 40+ years of taking supps. hope this helps

Yes, that’s what I am doing. Prior to my meals! I wasn’t expecting them to have a taste, and it almost made me gag! Guess I will get used to it!

    Hi all,

Loving the comments and suggestions! We usually advise people to take the Metabolic Burst Drops 3x per day breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Around 15 drops each time. The B Complex can be taken once in the morning (with your multi vitamin) but never directly with the Metabolic Burst drops!

    Hope this helps anyone,

    Lauren

Yikes! That’s how I’ve been taking the drops – first the one type and then the next type…both 15 minutes before a meal. I’m only on my second day so hopefully I haven’t done any damage! In some of my readings it also mentioned getting a syringe to better measure the drops – there was no syringe received and I find I get about 1/3 of the dropper full when I squeeze the top, etc. I took over an hour figuring out a week’s worth of menu adding proteins, vegetables and fruit by using the listing in the booklet. It’s work, but I’m sure it will become easier.

    Janice,
The syringes are no longer provided because you can get them for free at your local pharmacy! Just wanted to let you know that : )

You can also but them in bulk from Amazon as the numbers will start to were off and come with little caps so that you can draw up you dose and then just carry the syringe and not have to take the whole bottle. They also make little bottle caps that work with the bottles so the syringes just fit in and the top and you have no waste. (I am a pharmacist so maybe I’m the only person going this route)

I think the dropper that comes with the drops works very well. I have no problem counting my drops, so I don’t feel the need for a syringe. Lauren, thank you for the clarification about when to take the drops. I think I did take the B complex drops with the Metabolic Burst on the first day, so I know better now.
