I am preparing to start the program with the arrival of my drops later this week. My only concern is that I have young children (3, 2, and 3 months), who I am worried will not be interested in all of the same foods that I will be eating. Anyone have any experience with this? Any advice on how to make this work for everyone in my household?

Keep your dinners simple. For example if you know that your kids don’t like fish then don’t make it unless you don’t mind making multiple meals. Make the proteins that you know they will eat for example if they will eat steak then make that or chicken etc. Also you can make them a side of rice too you just can’t have it is all. Try keeping junk foods that you know that you like, out of the house. Besides everyone needs to eat healthy even the little people 🙂 Biggest advice is to keep it simple, each dinner does not have to be gourmet. Repeat meals that you know everyone likes! There is nothing wrong with repeating meals 🙂
