Hi Everyone! I’m new to PS1000 and excited to get started Monday. I’ve always tried to live a healthy lifestyle (most of the time). I exercise regularly and love to cook good food. Unfortunately, I love it a little too much and at 56 my metabolism isn’t as forgiving as it once was. Exercise alone doesn’t cut it anymore and my weight has creeped up on me, especially around the middle…what’s that about?!? Lol! Anyway, glad to be a part of the PS1000 community and anxious to hear everyone’s success stories. Good luck to you all!
January 28, 2018 at 11:35 am #21781That’s exactly my story! Going shopping today and will incorporate the stops when they arrive. Plan to add a protein shake on days I do my HIIT or walking.

March 6, 2018 at 6:04 pm #22239Ladies! That’s my story too! Just ordered the program yesterday and gearing up to get started. Praying this program is something I can do! I LOVE baking/cooking–though it’s not always healthy. HAHA
