I am brand new to the PS1000 system. I have read all of the printed materials. I am so impressed by the forums found on this site and on Facebook. I have tried many diet systems in the past, but I am hoping that this one is a keeper.
February 25, 2017 at 6:09 am #12916Welcome Kourtney!! I think you will find the program to be a great start to healthy living. I am heading into week 3. I haven’t lost a ton of weight but I think my body is changing. I have more energy. I’m not as tired. I wake up easier (if given the chance I used to sleep until noon!). Now I wake up before my alarm. The food is fantastic and I can eat more volume than I anticipated – if I make the right choices. Think about it – a drive through meal would have blown our whole calorie allotment. However eating “clean” and healthy gives you three good meals and snacks for one burger!
Good luck to you! I hope you love it!February 25, 2017 at 4:16 pm #12930

February 26, 2017 at 4:42 pm #12993Welcome to the family. I plan my meals out and cook for the week every Sunday that way I am never caught without something healthy to eat. Life will always present obstacles but if you are always prepared you should have no problem staying on track. This is a lifestyle that is going to make you not only look great but feel great. Make sure you have a high quality protein powder on board it will help you not be as hungry and have more energy. I use Vital Protein in the blue canister. Good luck and always remember….YOU GOT THIS!!!!!
February 26, 2017 at 10:04 pm #13004Planning definitely helps a lot. I also have to start shopping only one week ahead so that all of the fresh food I eat doesn’t go to waste. It’s kind of the European way.
February 27, 2017 at 1:17 am #13018I shop on Saturdays buy just enough and cook on Sundays. That has been my saving grace through this process.
February 27, 2017 at 5:10 pm #13049Thanks so much for the support, guys! I really appreciate it. And Jennifer–you are so right about the meal prepping. When I do it consistently I always stay on track. When I don’t–disaster!
