AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Anyone else doing any fun workouts? My sister and I hit the gym about 5 times a week. We balance lifting weights and doing HIIT workouts (with the occasional zumba class!). We do something different every day to keep our bodies guessing and to keep working out fun and fresh. We have made it our goal to run in a 5K by the end of summer. Anyone have any other fun recommendations?!
July 7, 2016 at 10:06 pm #6753I have just started a new Beach Body Program called Hammer and Chisel which I am loving! Its a combo of weights and a little cardio 🙂 I also add in a lot of walking throuhgout the day.
October 15, 2016 at 7:20 pm #9708I had an emergency room visit and was admitted for a very bad gallbladder. I was in for 8 days and 7 nights.
Prior to that I had hula-hooped – wonderful results. I now feel so fluffy but waiting for my huge scar to heal.
Now I am going to start this PS1000 plan on Monday. I am going to start hooping again. It is a lot of fun!
It really centers you and you can do it anywhere.I am also going to start going back to the gym and try to stir some things up and confuse myself.
Yoga, Bellydancing and the Wii at home as well.Interested in how everyone else is doing success wise.
October 18, 2016 at 9:15 pm #9736I’ve been doing Orangetheory off and on since April this year. I love its hour-long workout. Perfect mix of cardio and weights. Today is my first day on this program, and I worked out in the morning. After taking the drops and having a peach pre-workout, my stomach wasn’t feeling that great toward the end of the workout. I may take the drops afterward next time to see if this makes a difference. Cheers!

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0I am looking for a fun app to load on my phone that will walk me through some different weight lifting routines. Any recommendations? I use an elliptical daily but need some weights to tone up.
January 17, 2017 at 1:23 am #11394I go to Curves three times a week when I can and walk to a goal pretty much every day that is charted on my Fit Bit.
February 11, 2017 at 3:00 pm #12269I use Wii Fit U. There are exercises even I can do with a bad left knee and a weak right ankle/foot, while others challenge (and often best) my athletic 13-year-old. The exercises are divided into yoga, strength training, aerobics, dance, and balance games.

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0I am currently using PiYO, love it because it is low impact and it is for all levels of exercise [beginner, int and adv]]
May 5, 2017 at 3:13 pm #16082Try gymwizz.com. It is a good app for both weights and cardio. You can get the first month free. You do three days weights and three days cardio. It shows you how to do each exercise. Hope this works for you.
