    Hi,

    I just started this week with the diet. I signed up for the Facebook group last week and have not been approved to be added to the group. Does anybody know how long it takes to get added?

    Hi Vicki,

    PS1000 Members run the group, not PS1000… they usually approve rather quickly so maybe try again if you don’t hear back soon!
